These terms and conditions are valid for all Bookers International websites:

1. Acceptance

1.1 Acceptance of terms

Please carefully read the General Terms and Conditions for customers and our Privacy Policy before making any reservation through the Bookers International/Bookers Brazil platform. By reserving your Sambadrome ticket package for the Rio Carnival via our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions, entering into a contract with Bookers International/Bookers Brazil.

This agreement means your direct engagement with us for the purchase of official ticket package to the event. If you do not agree with these General Terms and Conditions, you should not use Bookers International/Bookers Brazil platform for your ticket purchases. These Terms and Conditions apply to you under the following circumstances: (a) your ticket package purchase is made directly through Bookers International/Bookers Brazil, and (b) in cases where no separate policies are provided by any partners or third-party suppliers involved in the issuing ticket process. In such instances, our terms will regulate your purchase and attendance at the Rio Carnival.

2. Introduction to Booking with Bookers International/Bookers Brazil

2.1 Overview of Rio Carnival Ticket Package and Booking Process

At Bookers International/Bookers Brazil, we are dedicated to offering you an unforgettable experience at the Rio Carnival, one of the world's most vibrant and exhilarating festivals. Our mission is to provide a seamless and enjoyable booking process, ensuring that you can focus on the excitement and joy of the event.

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for booking ticket package with Bookers International/Bookers Brazil, a reliable source.

By accessing this website we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2.1 Bookers Club

The Bookers Club is a benefits and services program offered by Bookers International/Bookers Brazil to registered members, aiming to provide a distinctive experience during Rio Carnival 2025, with the following benefits:

Pre-Sale Alert: Members who registered between 20/02/24 and 31/07/24 will be notified about the release of ticket packages for the Rio Carnival 2025, allowing for early purchase with preferential conditions through a link sent to the email and/or WhatsApp provided during registration. (It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their details are correctly provided).

Exclusive 20% Discount: Offer of discount on Grandstand, Front Boxes, Covered Boxes, and Allocated Chairs ticket packages (subject to availability), exclusively available for Bookers Club members before general public sale.

Priority Purchasing: Priority access to ticket packages exclusive to club members.

Rio Carnival 2025 T-shirt: Complimentary gift for participants, intended to provide a personalized memento of the event experience.

Bookers Angels Assistance: Support available at the Sambadrome on all event days to ensure a smooth and memorable experience during the event.

Complimentary Metro Passes: Free round-trip metro transportation to the Sambadrome, provided in even-numbered sectors of the Sambadrome.

Bookers Carnival Electronic Guide: Receipt of a comprehensive PDF guide containing information on the schedule, tips, and curiosities about Rio Carnival.

⚠️ The "Payment desk" payment method will not be available during the exclusive purchase period for Bookers Club members.

3. Pricing and Payment Information

3.1 Payment Methods - Convenient Options for Secure Transactions

We accept various payment methods to provide flexibility to our customers. Purchases via credit card and Paypal are processed through our websites. If you prefer to make a purchase via bank transfer, wire transfers, Western Union, and Zelle (USA), among others, please contact our agents via WhatsApp at +55 (21) 97286-4714 or email us at [email protected] to request bank account details. 

Please note that payments made via Western Union, bank deposit, or wire transfer may take up to 7 business days to be confirmed, approved, and processed. For credit card payments, transaction approval and confirmation are subject to the credit card company and the customer's banking institution.

3.2 Credit Card Charges in USD - Transparency in Billing

When you purchase on our website, the charges on your credit card statement or bill may appear as Bookers International, Bookers Brazil, PayPal, or any of our suppliers such as Folia Tropical and Land Tour Passeios Turísticos e Eventos.

The exact amount reflected on your credit card statement depends on the exchange rate used by your credit card issuing bank on the day of the transaction. Please note that there may be a variation of 1% to 5% (more or less) in the values quoted in US Dollars shown on our website.

3.3 Payment Desk - Terms for Partial Ticket Package Payment

3.3.1 Definition and Applicability:

The Partial Payment option, also referred as "Payment Desk," is an optional service offered by Bookers International/Bookers Brazil to its customers, allowing the partial payment of the ticket package amount to secure the reservation, and the remaining/complementary value must be paid at the time of the ticket package pickup, up to 2 days before the day of the purchased parade. This service is subject to availability and the discretion of Bookers International/Bookers Brazil.

3.3.2 Partial Payment Conditions:

By opting for the "Payment Desk" service, the customer agrees to pay an initial amount set by the company, which corresponds to a percentage of the total purchase price. This advance payment guarantees the reservation of the ticket package, provided they are collected until 5:00 PM(local time), two days before the chosen parade date.

3.3.3 Consequences of No Show:

The withdrawal of the ticket package must occur until 5:00 PM(local time), 2 days prior to the parade day. A no-show on the date specified on the voucher or confirmation email will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation. In this case, the amount previously paid as a guarantee of reservation will not be refunded and will be retained as partial compensation for losses and damages suffered.

3.3.4 Right to Demand Initial Payment:

Bookers International/Bookers Brazil reserves the right, at its discretion, to demand or waive the initial payment for the use of the "Payment Desk" service. This decision may vary according to the nature of the event, the demand for tickets, and other criteria established by the company.

3.3.5 Acceptance of the Terms:

By choosing the "Payment Desk" service, the customer declares to be aware and agree to all the terms and conditions established here, recognizing his responsibility for full compliance with the agreement.

3.4 Camarotes:Folia Tropical, Super Folia and Maravilha - Payment Conditions

3.4.1 Payment Processing Procedures

Considering the premium value associated with the Folia Tropical, Super Folia, and Maravilha VIP Lounge tickets, we at Bookers International/Bookers Brazil are implementing enhanced security measures for their payment processing. This step is crucial to verify that the person who reserved the ticket package on our website is indeed its rightful owner. Such measures are essential to guarantee a continuous, secure, for both Bookers International/Bookers Brazil and our valued customers.

Upon selection of tickets and their addition to the Bookers International/Bookers Brazil shopping cart, we conduct a pre-authorization check with the credit card issuer. This process is to confirm that the card has not been reported as stolen and is valid for use.

3.4.2 Ticket package Reservation - Email Confirmation

To ensure a smooth ticket package collection process, please note that your ticket package are not charged until you pick them up. Therefore, it's essential for you to confirm your ticket package reservation. After submitting your ticket request on our website, you will receive a confirmation email. We kindly ask you to read and promptly confirm your reservation through this email. This step is mandatory to secure your ticket package and facilitating an efficient pick-up experience.

3.4.3 Mandatory presence to collect tickets

The customer must go to the location indicated by our Customer Service, until 5:00 PM(local time), up to 2 days before the date of the parade to collect the ticket package and only then, upon the presence of the ticket holder, we will proceed with the full charge for the tickets.

If a customer fails to show up to collect ticket package and does not complete the credit card transaction, Bookers International/Bookers Brazil reserves the right to charge an additional fee of 30% of the total order value. This charge will be processed using the credit card details provided during the reservation.

4. Security and Privacy

4.1 Electronic Commerce (Credit Card Security) - Your Security is Our Priority

At Bookers International/Bookers Brazil, we prioritize the privacy and security of your credit card information. When you purchase from our server, you can trust that your personal information is protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This advanced encryption technology ensures that your personal information, including your name, address, and card details, are securely transmitted between your device and our servers.

4.2 Photographic Record for Identity Verification - Transaction Security Purposes

The buyer, when using the services provided by Bookers International/Bookers Brazil, grants express authorization for the company to carry out photographic registration of documents aimed at identifying and authenticating the purchase, in addition to fraud prevention. This consent includes but is not limited to:

  • Official photo identification document within its validity period (e.g. national driver's license, ID card, passport, among others).
  • Photographic records of the customer with the credit card used in the transaction.
  • Images of the credit card statement related to the purchase.
  • Photograph of the credit card used in the purchase.
  • Images of any other additional documents necessary to fully verify the customer's identity and validate the commercial transaction

The customer recognizes the importance of collecting these images to ensure the legitimacy of the transaction and prevent fraud. The customer irrevocably agrees to the use of these images for the purposes mentioned above, thus guaranteeing the integrity of the transaction and the safety of the parties involved.

5. Cancellation, Refunds, and Even Changes

5.1 Special Conditions for ALL CARNIVAL 2025 Items: Cancellation and Refunds – We’ve Got You Covered

Bookers International/Bookers Brazil understands that plans can change. Therefore, we offer special cancellation conditions to provide peace of mind for your Rio Carnival ticket package. Here are the details:

  • 100% refundable tickets: If you request a cancellation before September 30th, 2024, we will refund 100% of the ticket value. Please note that the handling fee charged per ticket is never refundable.
  • Refund Method: Once approved, refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the reservation.
  • Cancellation process: To request a cancellation, simply send an email to [email protected] in English, Spanish or Portuguese before September 30th, 2024, at midnight. Our dedicated customer service will respond to all cancellation requests within 3 business days.
  • Non-refundable tickets: After September 30th, 2024, all tickets are non-refundable, regardless of the reason.
  • Refund processing time: Once your cancellation request is received, if approved, we will process the refund within 30 to 90 days.

5.2 Event Delay and Cancellation: Understanding Your Options

Bookers International/Bookers Brazil, as an authorized travel agency, is not responsible for any delays or cancellations of the event that are beyond our control. This includes but is not limited to adverse weather conditions such as rainfall, storms, floods, or congestion; strikes; accidents; fires; flight delays; avenue or access interruptions; airport closures; or similar events.

Please note that the value of the packages and/or ticket packages will not be refunded in case of cancellation of participation of a samba school or even the cancellation of the event by authorities or by LIESA and LIGARJ themselves.

⚠️ No refunds will be given under any circumstances if the customer does not attend the event for the reasons mentioned above or for any other reasons.

5.2.1 Refunds of hotel/travel packages

Unused hotel reservations and tours will not be refundable under certain circumstances and policies beyond our control. All requests for refunds must be made by email no later than 45 days before travel. Refund policies can vary by hotel and/or service provider. Some hotels may apply special conditions in addition to normal policies, such as the mandatory minimum stay or non-refundable prepayment, as this is a special Carnival period.

5.2.2 Travel Package Revisions and Cancellations

If the customer needs to change their travel plans after booking, certain restrictions may apply. Cancellations, changes, and refunds vary by hotel and tour and transfer provider policies. Some special periods, such as Carnival, have different policies.

5.3 Event Postponement or Cancellation due to COVID-19: Flexibility in Uncertain Times

We understand the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on travel plans.

In case the Rio Carnival event is postponed or canceled due to COVID-19, Bookers International/Bookers Brazil is committed to providing flexibility and options to our customers. Here are the details:

  • Postponement: If the Rio Carnival event is postponed to a later date, your ticket package will be automatically valid for the rescheduled event. You will have the option to attend the Carnival on the new dates without any additional charges or action required on your part.
  • Cancellation: If the Rio Carnival event is canceled, you will be eligible for a refund. We will process a full refund of the ticket package value, including any handling fees charged, within 30 to 90 days of the cancellation announcement.

Please note that refunds for event cancellations due to COVID-19 will be subject to the specific terms and conditions set by the event organizers, as well as any applicable regulations or policies put in place by local authorities or government bodies.

We recommend staying updated with the latest news and announcements regarding the Rio Carnival through official channels, including our website and official social media accounts. Any changes or updates regarding the event will be communicated to our customers on time.

6. Ticket Package Information and Liability

6.1 Liability of Ticket Package: Your Responsibilities

Our Rio Carnival ticket packages are not nominal. Once in your possession, delivered, or picked up, they are your sole responsibility. We will not replace tickets in the event of theft, loss, damage, or misplacement.

⚠️ Please note that no refunds will be given under any of these circumstances.

6.2 Children under 5 years old at the Sambadrome: Important Information

According to the Rio de Janeiro justice system, children under 5 years old CANNOT enter the Sambadrome, even when accompanied by parents and/or legal guardians and holding tickets. Entrance to the event will not be allowed in any way.

⚠️ Please note that no refund will be given under any circumstances, for tickets or transfers, in case of the impossibility of using these tickets and accessing the event due to the mentioned reason.

7. Ticket Availability and Promotions

7.1 Ticket Availability – Keeping you Informed

Ticket availability may change at any time up to 14 days before the event. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel any item of any purchase for up to 2 weeks before the ticket date. Although unlikely, in such cases, Bookers International/Bookers Brazil may offer upgrades free of charge or a full refund option for all such items. In the case of cancellation where the ticket cannot be upgraded or when the upgrade is not accepted by customers, Bookers International/Bookers Brazil will refund the purchase in full, in the same amount, currency, and payment method used at the time of purchase.

Bookers International/Bookers Brazil will only provide information and accept instructions on any changes to the email and telephone numbers associated with the account and/or registration on its websites.

7.2 Price Range, Promotions, Outlet Sales, and Last-Minute Sales - What You Need to Know

  • Prices for all products may vary up or down as part of special online promotions or as a result of fluctuating exchange rates.
  • Ticket packages may be offered at a lower price at Bookers International/Bookers Brazil discretion as a result of negotiations and pre-purchases from suppliers.
  • Refunds will not be given, partial or full, outside the cancellation and refund rules described above.

⚠️ No refunds will be given under any circumstances if online prices are lower than prices paid for a particular product or service.

8. Voucher, Hospitality Desk - Operation Information

8.1 Voucher Information: Receipt, Confirmation, and Exchange Process

Once your "Payment desk" reservation and/or full payment is processed, Bookers International/Bookers Brazil will automatically and immediately email you an electronic voucher (e-voucher), ensuring swift delivery upon receipt, confirmation, and processing. Customers must check the data and products on the voucher(s) upon receipt and, in case of discrepancy, contact our Customer Service immediately through one of our channels: chat, email, phone, or WhatsApp.

8.1.1 Voucher Exchange
  • Vouchers must be exchanged for physical tickets once our Hospitality Desk is open, a few days before the event dates.
  • The exchange can be made free of charge at our Hospitality Desk, located in Copacabana, or can be delivered through our Special Delivery Service to an address in Rio de Janeiro city, subject to a delivery charge.
    • Please be aware that while we do provide Ticket package Delivery Service, we offer delivery to specific addresses. Prior to selecting this option, please ensure that we have a delivery route available that covers the nearest address to your location or the address where you will be. It's important to note that we do not offer delivery services to certain neighborhoods or areas outside of Rio de Janeiro city.
  • It is very important to schedule a time range through your account on our website for ticket package pickup at our Hospitality Desk or for delivery to an address within our delivery route.
  • You must access your registration using your username and password for scheduling.

  • March 2nd, 3rd, and 4th (Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday): 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM - local time
  • March 5th (Wednesday): CLOSED
  • March 6th, 7th, and 8th (Thursday to Saturday): 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM - local time

9. Ticket package Pick-up and Delivery - Rules

9.1 Secure and Easy Ticket package Pickup for Rio Carnival - Rules

We at Bookers International/Bookers Brazil, aim to make your experience as smooth and secure as possible. Whether you prefer to pick up your ticket package in person at our Hospitality Desk or have them delivered to your location, we've got you covered! Below, you'll find all the essential information to ensure a hassle-free ticket package pickup process:

9.2 Ticket Pickup in Person - Option 1

When picking up your ticket package in person, please keep the following in mind:

  • 9.2.2 Mandatory Documents
  • To ensure your security, the buyer must present the following documents:

    • Valid ID: Valid official identification with photo and signature, or passport with photo and signature.
    • Credit Card: If you made a credit card purchase, bring the original physical credit card used in the transaction, along with the confirmation number from your voucher.
    • Virtual Credit Card: If you made your purchase using a virtual credit card, it will be necessary to present the virtual card at the time of ticket package collection. Alternatively, you may provide the card statement displaying the ticket package purchase with Bookers International/Bookers Brazil under the transaction description on the statement. This helps ensure a smooth and efficient process for your ticket package pickup.

    ⚠️ Please note that copies, photographs, scans, print screens, or any other formats will not be accepted. Only original documents are valid.

  • 9.2.3 Credit Card Security
  • For verification purposes with credit card companies, we may photograph the requested documents, excluding the Card Verification Code (CSC)/Card Verification Value (CVV), if necessary.

    Note: These requirements follow the best practices recommended by credit card companies, which are in place for security reasons and are therefore mandatory for receiving the ticket package. We reserve the right to photograph the requested documents, while keeping the Card Verification Code (CSC)/Card Verification Value (CVV) private, for later verification of purchase with credit card companies, if necessary.

9.3 Pick Up by a Third Party - Option 2

⚠️ The following rules apply only to tickets purchased until December 31st, 2024. If you are unable to pick up the ticket package in person, you may authorize a third party to do so, provided the conditions comply with Bookers International/Bookers Brazil Terms and Conditions. Here's what you need to do:

  • Inform in Advance: Please inform our agents in advance about the third party who will collect the ticket package on your behalf.
  • Required Documents: Our agents will provide all the necessary information regarding mandatory documents that must be submitted and reviewed: A digital photograph of the credit card, the credit card holder's photo ID or passport, a credit authorization form, a signed third-party authorization, and a photo of the third party's ID are all necessary documentation. These documents can be sent to the email [email protected]. The form is also available on the voucher, on the "Click Here" link you received when you purchased your ticket package, if you purchased prior to December 31st, 2024.

Note: For ticket package purchased after this date, only the ticket holder themselves can pick up the ticket package. Third-party pickup is not allowed for certain tickets, such as Folia Tropical, Super Folia, Camarote Maravilha, and any other VIP Lounge ticket that we may sell when purchased with credit cards or reversible payment methods.

9.4 Special Delivery Service - Option 3

For your convenience, we offer a special delivery service within Rio de Janeiro's tourist regions, including Barra da Tijuca, the South Zone, and Centro.
Follow these guidelines for a smooth delivery process::

  • Delivery Fee: A delivery fee of US$14 per ticket, up to US$56 for orders of 4 or more tickets, will be charged.
  • Provide Exact Address and Schedule: During the checkout process on our website, make sure to provide the exact delivery address and schedule a suitable date and time range for delivery.
  • Delivery Conditions: Please be present at the chosen address and within the scheduled time range to receive the ticket package and sign the delivery receipt. The ticket package will only be delivered to those addresses that are part of our delivery route in Rio de Janeiro city. You will receive a notification in case your address does not belong to our route to provide another address or to pick up your ticket package in person.

Remember to follow these instructions carefully to ensure the successful delivery of your ticket package.

⚠️Important Information

  • The ticket package will only be handed out to the credit card holder, or a third party authorized in advance if conditions comply with Bookers International/Bookers Brazil terms and conditions.
  • We reserve the right to request additional documentation for proof of purchase, and failure to provide the requested documents may lead to purchase cancellation, at Bookers International/Bookers Brazil discretion.
  • Unanswered requests, whether by email, chat, or by any other means, or failure to follow delivery instructions may result in cancellation or reselling of purchased items, without refunds for undelivered ticket packages.
  • If you have chosen ticket package delivery, please note that the agent will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after arriving at the address to obtain the buyer's signature. If the buyer or the designated person fails to sign the receipt, or if there are any circumstances such as unavailability, absence at the address, lateness, refusal to sign, or an incorrect/unidentifiable address, the ticket package will be returned to our Hospitality Desk at Copacabana. They will remain available for pickup until noon (12:00 PM - local time) on the day of the event. However, afternoon, we reserve the right to resell the ticket package. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for ticket packages that are not picked up for any reason.

10. Transfers

If you need transfer services, we partner with Aliança Turismo. Please read the instructions below:

  • Guide Identification: Aliança's guides will be carrying an orange flag and wearing a white t-shirt written "Aliança", with orange sleeves.
  • Type of Transport: They use vans, buses, or minibusses, chosen according to the number of passengers and the location in the Sambadrome.
  • Restrictions: It is not allowed to transport costumes in the vehicle, both on the way to and from the event. Additionally, the vehicles are not adapted for wheelchair transport.
  • Communication: The guides in the vehicles and the driver speak exclusively Portuguese. There will be a bilingual guide at the boarding and disembarking points at the Sambadrome. If you need help, look for one of our Bookers Angels.
  • Shared Service: As it is a shared transport, there is a route to follow. Wait in the vehicle while the other passengers board.
  • Identification: Wear the Aliança badge around your neck throughout the service and write the name of your hotel on the back of the badge to facilitate communication.
  • Meeting Time: Arrive at the lobby of your hotel at least 10 minutes before the scheduled transfer time.
  • Possible Delays: Despite the scheduled time, due to street blocks and traffic, the transfer may be delayed. Don't worry, the transfer is on its way.
  • Emergency Contact: In case of need, call the number on the back of your badge.
  • Special Conditions: If there is a street blockage around your hotel, their guides may pick you up on foot to the nearest van.
  • Connection Points for Departure/Return:
    Copacabana: Augusto's Rio Copa Hotel
    Ipanema and Leblon: Catacumba Gas Station at Lagoa
    Barra da Tijuca: Praça do Ó
  • Boarding Times at the Port: 7 PM, 8 PM, 9 PM, at Eduardo Kobra's artist mural.
  • Boarding/Disembarking Points at the Sambadrome:
    Even side: sector 8
    Odd side: sector 9
  • To Watch the First School: Board around 6 PM, especially for the even side, considering possible delays.
  • Walk to the Gate: For the even side, it may be necessary to walk about 800 meters to the entrance.
  • Estimated Travel Time: Approximately 2 hours from boarding to arrival.
  • Return: There is a transfer back to the hotels after the end of each parade. The boarding point is the same as disembarkation.
  • Last Return Times: Be patient, as these are the busiest boarding times.
  • Waiting Time After Last School: 40 minutes.
  • Return Route: The transport returns only to the hotels on the established route.
  • Disembarking in Concentration Areas: Not included in the service.
  • Responsibility for Personal Belongings: Aliança is not responsible for the personal belongings of the clients.

⚠️ No refunds will be provided if customers fail to comply with the instructions outlined in these terms or miss their scheduled transfer, under any circumstances.

11. Image Rights

11.1 Consent for Image Use

When participating in an event or collecting ticket package organized by Bookers Brazil and/or Bookers International, the user agrees to be photographed, filmed, and/or recorded, both concerning the event and during ticket package collection for protection purposes and security. The user also agrees that the resulting photographs, videos, audio recordings and/or audiovisual recordings may be used in any media, for any purpose, at any time and anywhere in the world, by the event producer, by Bookers Brazil and/or Bookers International and its partners.

12. Package Prices - Explore the Best Deals for Rio Carnival Ticket Package!

Discover our unbeatable package prices for the Rio Carnival and experience the vibrant energy of this world-renowned event. At Bookers International/Bookers Brazil, we offer package prices that are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without prior notice. These prices are per person and may vary due to currency fluctuations, rate changes, or increases in operational costs. However, the total amount must be paid and received by Bookers International/Bookers Brazil to secure the booking.

13. Final Policies to Consider

13.1 Travel Insurance: Important

Bookers International/Bookers Brazil recommends all travelers consider buying Travel Insurance. In times like COVID-19, it’s a wise decision to purchase some form of travel insurance before your trip.

13.2 Tourism Tax

These fees are differentiated for Brazilian and foreign tourists and are generally set at affordable levels to avoid discouraging travelers and to support the local economy, which often relies heavily on tourism. It's important to note that the fee is calculated per person, not per group, although there are exemptions for children in some places. The method of collection may vary, with payment typically made at hotel check-out, at the airport, at the bus station, or through radar systems that read vehicle license plates and issue the corresponding fee. In summary, the payment of the tourism fee is usually optional, but it is essential to check in advance whether it is mandatory at the chosen destination.

13.3 Visa

A valid passport is required for international travel. From April 10, 2025 onwards, holders of passports from the United States, Australia, and Canada visiting Brazil, whether by air, sea, or land, will require an eVisa upon entry into Brazil. Travelers arriving on April 9, 2025 are strongly encouraged to secure their eVisa in advance to avoid any travel issues due to delays or missed connections. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to obtain visas independently. Please consult with the respective country’s embassy and or consulate.

13.4 Responsibility

Bookers International/Bookers Brazil and its authorized representatives act only as agents for the customers in all mattersrelated to Rio Carnival ticket packages. They shall not be or become liable for any loss, injury or damage or delay to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodations, transportation, or other services referred to in this brochure resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, dangers at sea, fire, machinery or equipment breakdown, sickness, epidemics, quarantine, medical or customs regulations, pilferage, labor disputes, strikes, riots, thefts, government restraints, hostilities, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism of any kind, wars whether declared or not, losses or delays or additional expenses resulting from insufficient or improperly issued passports and or visas and other documents, or from any other causes beyond Bookers International/Bookers Brazil.

The tickets, coupons, tariffs, rules, or contracts currently in use by any carrier, hotel, restaurant, or other contractor rendering services shall constitute the sole contract between such contractor and the tour member. No carrier shall be responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board its conveyance. The right is reserved to cancel or change itineraries or substitute services without notice and to decline, accept, or retain any participant as a member of these tours at any time. The right is reserved until the time of departure to change the rates and fares referred to in this brochure without prior notification due to changes in current tariffs, the fluctuation due to changes in current tariffs, fluctuation of exchange rates, or fuel surcharges.

All disputes and matters shall be litigated, if at all, in and before a court located in Miami, to the exclusion of the courts of any other city, county, or state. The issuance and acceptance of ticket package and or other documents in connection with a service provided by Bookers International/Bookers Brazil is considered acceptance of the above terms.

13.5 Final Terms

The customer service is provided in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Requests in any other language may not be considered.

Processing any email may take up to 2 business days. Requests and emails sent on weekends and holidays will only be answered on the second business day after receipt, except for the Carnival period.

Bookers International/Bookers Brazil kindly request that all customers sign a receipt upon receiving their tickets package. If the payment was made by credit card, customers will be asked to sign a confirmation of the charge authorization on the credit card used, verifying the charge. This process will take place after customers have arrived in Rio de Janeiro and pertain to the agreed-upon amount for their online purchases. Please note that only the cardholder is authorized to sign the credit authorization receipt. If the cardholder is not present, the Third-Party procedure must be followed.

For payments by wire transfer, bank deposit, PayPal account, or Western Union, the purchaser registered on our website will be responsible for signing the receipt.
